Dubai United Arab Emirates:- While the world is groaning under the weight of the Corona virus pandemic, until the deadly Nipah virus appeared in China, the first comment was issued by the Beijing embassy in Cairo on this virus, according to a report by the British newspaper, The Guardian.
The Chinese embassy in Egypt said in a statement that "linking this virus to China is incorrect, because the virus is present in South Asia and not in China specifically," stressing that "there is no evidence to confirm the authenticity of this news."
The British "Guardian" had warned of the outbreak of the "Nipah" virus in China, with a mortality rate of 75%, and it could cause a future global pandemic that would be more dangerous than the Corona epidemic, according to Sputnik Arabic.
"The (Nipah) virus is another emerging infectious disease that causes great concern, and a pandemic can break out at any moment, and the next global epidemic could be with drug-resistant infections," it quoted the executive director of the European Medical Access Foundation as saying.
