Mexico / Continues / It seems that the head of the Mexican diplomatic mission in Argentina, Oscar Ricardo Valero, was ashamed to buy "Casanova", which forced him to steal it.

The famous Italian book Casanova, dating back to the 18th century, was in a famous library in Buenos Aires, worth ten dollars.

Days after the scandal, Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard has accepted the resignation of the head of the Mexican diplomatic mission in Argentina, Oscar Ricardo Valero, for health reasons.

Mexican Foreign Ministry spokesman Roberto Velasco said, on his Twitter account, that Valero had resigned for health reasons, and attached the tweet to a medical report, which he said was published at the request of his relatives.

This comes while the Mexican Foreign Ministry summoned this Mexican diplomat and academic, after he tried to steal the book.

The former Mexican ambassador, who is 76 years old, was caught while leaving the library "El Ateneo" in the Argentine capital, and he has this book, which he did not pay for.
