Japan can bring Carlos Ghosn from Lebanon

Japan:- Although there is no extradition agreement required between Lebanon and Japan, according to "ensuring reciprocity and respect for the domestic law of the partner country," according to what Japanese Justice Minister Masako Mori said.

The minister added, according to "Reuters", that such a request requires a careful and constructive examination.

Masako Mori did not clarify what would require reciprocity, nor did it clarify whether there were any Lebanese citizens in Japan wanted by the authorities in their country.

The Lebanese authorities confirmed that they had received an arrest warrant from the international police "Interpol" against Carlos Ghosn, and that he entered the country legally; however, a prominent Lebanese security official said that Lebanon does not extradite its citizens.
