The world has changed and we must get updated by capitalizing all the available means and stay far from any sectarianism to be active in this universal movement where culture should not be limited in the concept of entertainment but should gather all what people are capable of imagine and achieve in a permanent quest for collective progress and well-being.
The necessary means are available and it is urgent to take advantage of it within the framework of the structures that we set up like the Tunis International Center for Digital Cultural Economy, the digital Lab and the Gaming Lab that the City of the culture hosts ".
It was in these terms that M. Mohamed Zinelabidine, Minister of Cultural Affairs opened on Friday, April 19 at the Theater of Young Creators, the event "Tha9afa 4.0" organized by the Tunis International Center for Digital Cultural Economy, headed by Salwa Abdelkhalek around the theme "When Culture joins Technology".
The Minister also reminded that the Ministry of Cultural Affairs has mobilized a fund of 1.5 million dinars for the benefit of young project creators up to 20 thousands dinars as annual grant while inviting young people to be creative and to take advantage of it in the context of this center, which represents a privileged place for incubating digital cultural economy projects.
This two-day event will discuss the multiplication of digital experiences in the univers of culture and their impact on our vision of cultural content.
Several questions will be addressed on this occasion including, the ecosystem of Creative Cultural Industries in Tunisia, culture & Entrepreneurship, Creative Industry & Tourism, Freelance work in the creative industry in Tunisia, the innovation 4.0, Startup ACT: the revolutionary law.
