The Turkish minister's visit to Al-Aqsa Mosque comes within the framework of his visit to Israel, which comes for the first time after 15 years. Prior to the visit, the Turkish guest met with Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid and they agreed to open a good chapter in the bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Turkish Foreign Minister confirmed in a statement to the Israeli media that he would be happy to see Israeli companies traveling to different Turkish cities: “We agreed that despite the gaps between us, a dialogue should take place between the two countries, this will also help us by working to resolve differences, in the month of Ramadan we succeeded thanks to the new relationship that occurred to help calm the situation."
