The winning films are The Alleys, by Bassel Ghandour, which reaped Audience award and Special Mention; Soula, by Salah Issaad, which scooped Best Film and Best Actress (Soula Bahri) and Streams, by Mehdi Hmili, which nabbed Best Director award.
