Nutritionists: 10 kinds of foods are not healthy, responsible for increasing weights

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:- Nutritionists issued a list of 10 types of foods, they said that many believe that they are healthy, but it is a responsibility to gain weight; acting as a marketing agent.


These additives contain high sugar and high fructose corn syrup, along with significant amounts of preservatives that contribute to weight gain.

Gluten Free Products:

This category of products is a good option for people with gluten intolerance, but it is not for those who eat it in order to lose weight, because it contains sugar and is rich in calories.

Canned Stew:

Packaged with canned soup, even if it bears a label that is low in fat, high salt content, leads to an increase in weight as it leads to the retention of fluids in the body.


Studies have shown that it is rich in unsaturated fats and salts.

Diet Drinks: Containing dangerous industrial niches such as "aspartame", and have serious side effects, as they raise the risk of strokes and vascular disease, according to studies.

Breakfast Cereal:

These grains are rich in sugar, which is a catalyst for obesity.

Dried fruits:

What makes fruits good for health is rich in fiber; but drying them lose many of them, in conjunction with the increase in sugar.

Dairy-free flavoring:

Those that come in flavors and are low-fat; are considered unhealthy; due to the entry of many chemicals into their composition.

Canned beans:

Canned beans increases weight; given the addition of sugar and sodium to make its taste savory.

Sports Drinks:

Healthily contain large amounts of sugar.
