Today, the daughter of one of the missing passengers appears to make the mystery more mysterious.
Lisa, the daughter of Sergei Denika, a former military commander in Ukraine, revealed a shocking surprise when she said her father was one of those involved in the hijacking of the Malaysian Airlines plane, noting that he was still alive.
Jeff Wise, an expert on CNN, believes that Denika was part of a Russian mission to hijack a Malaysian plane before being transferred to Kazakhstan.
In a new book about the incident that has engulfed the world and remains, Denise was on a secret mission and re-published his daughter Lisa's comments, saying that her father was still alive.
"Since March 8, 2014, I have not seen my father, I have not heard anything from him, and this is proof that he has not died," Lisa told the Daily Star Online.
"The wreckage was not found, so I can not confirm it crashed, all I can do is cling to the hope of saving the people on board."
"Unfortunately, no one has yet given us credible information about what happened to the plane and the people on board," she said.
A year after the disappearance of the Malaysian plane, it was strange to celebrate Lisa; her father's birthday on March 26, as he was still alive.
The flight of MH370 Malaysia has become one of the world's most famous aviation secrets. It has disappeared for more than five years and has not yet been found.
